Yesterday Tim decided to purchase two of Virginia Lottery's Blazin Red Hot Cash scratch-offs, at $10 each. He didn't win anything. $20 down the drain. The odds of winning the top prize of $500,000 are one in 1,387,200. And they offer only three top prizes! I wish they'd fix these games so that the players can have more chances of winning something substantial. Why not offer 50 top prizes of $25,000? They've got to do something about the odds of winning something substantial. It's way too much in their favor. With the amount of money we spend on the Virginia Lottery, we ought to be winning all the time!Wish us luck!
