Yesterday I decided to take a break from Virginia Lottery scratch-offs and try Mega Millions for a little while. I figured that something new might shake up the energy and break our bad-luck streak. I chose my numbers by using the Virginia Lottery's website's random number picker. I got these five sets of numbers and played $5 for last night's drawing:

I took the $5 from the $35 of Virginia Lottery scratch-off winnings. I checked the Mega Millions drawing results this morning and we didn't win a thing. But I think I'll stick with these numbers and play them again this Friday, and next week, and the week after... I'll try that for a while. I'll use the remaining $30 from Virginia Lottery scratch-off winnings to pay for Mega Millions plays.
